The Employee and Supervisor and/or witness to the injury should complete the IIR for the incident as soon as possible

Create a Service Hub case requesting FML if the employee is unable to work after the injury and cannot be reasonably accommodated

If the employee is able to work with accommodations please submit a Reasonable Accommodations Case in Service Hub and note the injury is work related
