What to do when an employee resigns:

Send in their resignation notice (email or letter) via a voluntary separation case in Service Hub and note the last day of work

Attach the resignation notice (email or letter from employee)

Enter and approve final hours in caltime to avoid a delay in final pay

Encourage the employee to complete the UC Exit Survey sent by BRS HR

Resignation notice will include note that they are retiring and the date they intend to retire (must be at least 1 day following separation date/last day worked)
