Dear Reader/Tutors and Supervisors,
We have important news to share -- a new application has been created which will allow Reader/Tutors to record their hours worked using an online app instead of completing a paper timesheet. This application will bring significant relief from manual data entry by our Payroll teams and increase the accuracy and availability of timesheets.

The Vice Chancellor Administration (VCA) has just announced year-end deadlines for FY18-19 and is available on the VCA website. This year’s closing steps mirror those in previous years for the VCA divisions of Berkeley Regional Services (BRS), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Central Human Resources (CHR). Please review the information to ensure that all relevant steps are taken according to the schedule.

The fall semester will be here before we know it and Berkeley Regional Services (BRS) HR team(s) are working diligently to finalize Smartsheet updates and any needed process changes for the Fall 2019 ASE/GSR Hiring Processes. They are working on final details as they also continue to navigate UCPath implementation efforts.
